1. Can you customize the logo on the finished product?
Yes, we can print custom single color logo per your request. Depending on the model, sometime small fee or certain minimum order quantity is required.
2. How long is the lead time?
Production will be complete in 15-20 days after the payment is confirmed. For larger orders, lead time might be longer due to material sourcing.
3. How long does shipping to US take?
This will depend on the order quantity for the order. For small order, shipping time will be around 20 business days. For large order, shipping time will be around 45 business days.
4. Does ARK products have CCRR certification?
Yes, the ARK Arcno and ARK Armour AD Pro have the CCRR certification.
5. Does ARK products have Miami-Dade County Approval?
Yes, the ARK Armour AD Pro is approved by Miami-Dade County Approval.
6. Is there a minimum order quantity?
In order to have a customized logo, there is a minimum order quantity. Otherwise, there is no minimum order quantity. For smaller order quantities, ARK products are available through our Amazon.com store.
