BreaSmart AD is a premium self-adhered, vapor-permeable house wrap that serves as a continuous air and water-resistive barrier for exterior wall assemblies. Designed to reduce air leakage and prevent water intrusion while allowing moisture vapor to escape with the tri-laminate composite facer, it helps improve energy efficiency and long-term wall durability. Its high-tack adhesive backing creates a secure bond to approved sheathing substrates, eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners and simplifying installation even without a primer.
